Bill Frazier

Bill specializes in turnaround management advisory, fiduciary services, capital placement, and distressed M&A. With thirty years of experience as a financial advisor to debtors and secured creditors, an investment banker to distressed companies, and an asset based lender, he has experience in substantially all phases of the corporate recovery process. He has served clients in a broad range of industries but possesses particular expertise in automotive, steel processing, metal forming, plastic forming, general manufacturing, and distribution. Before organizing the turnaround practice at Raintree, Bill was a Partner at Newmarket Partners, a turnaround firm in Cleveland, Ohio. At Newmarket Bill’s practice focused on capital placement and distressed M&A services. As a lender, Bill participated in the start up of GMAC Business Credit, a joint venture of BBK Consulting and GMAC which primarily served underperforming suppliers to General Motors. Prior to GMAC Business Credit, Bill was the Team Leader for the Columbus and Detroit offices of Huntington National Bank’s asset based lending division. Bill’s first experience in the bankruptcy environment was an internship with a Bankruptcy Trustee while he was an undergraduate.
Bill is a registered Series 62 Corporate Securities Limited Representative, and Series 79 Limited Representative Investment Banking. He has served on the Board of the Ohio Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance, as well as his MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Robert Bosar

Bob specializes in interim management, fiduciary services, and the orderly wind up of operations. He began his career as an engineer at the Naval Ship Systems Engineering Station in Philadelphia, and later at WEAN Industries in Youngstown, Ohio. He later rose to management positions in the engineering departments of Washing Steel Corporation, GST Steel, and DUNN Industrial Group. Bob was President of Select Steel Corporation of America in Pontiac, Michigan. A defining moment arrived in his career when he was recruited to lead Qualtech Steel SBQ in Pittsboro, IN, a troubled mini mill start up which he eventually helped to sell.
In December 2001 Mr. Bosar established a consulting practice to provide professional management and turnaround assistance to manufacturing companies, applying his extensive experience in the area. He has provided services to over thirty companies in roles which include CRO, CEO, and consultant. In 2008 Bob was retained by Silver Point Capital, of Greenwich, Connecticut, to provide operational consulting to portfolio companies and participate in the identification of exit strategies for new investments. In 2009 he joined the Raintree Capital Partners team and has provided interim management services to an automotive client for the past three years as a Chief Restructuring Officer.
Bob has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Science - Engineering Management / Finance from Drexel University.

Jack Gustin

Jack specializes in interim management of hospitals and medical clinics, with a particular emphasis on under performing community hospitals. With thirty five years of experience in hospital management experience, he is one of the most experienced hospital executives in the industry. His most recent challenge was serving as Senior Vice President of the Cleveland Clinic Health System Community Hospitals. He was previously President of Lakewood Hospital, the Chief Operating Officer of the Cleveland Clinic Western Region, the Chief Operating Officer of St. John and Westshore Hospital, and the Chief Operating Officer of Medical Center of Plano, Texas.
Mr. Gustin is a past Board Member of the Lakewood School System Wellness Board, the Board Chair of Lakewood Downtown Revitalization Project, Board Member of the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce, Board Chair of Cleveland Hospital, Board Member of Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network, a Member of State of Ohio EMS Council, a Member of the Cleveland Zoological Society, and a member of the Cleveland Animal Protection League.
Mr. Gustin has a Bachelor of Science from the Ohio State University and an MBA in systems management from Baldwin Wallace College.

Mike specializes in interim management of professional services organizations. Currently the Administration Partner of Cohen & Company, Ltd. one of the top regional CPA firms in the country, Mike has previously serviced as Chief Financial Officer of Cohen & Company; President and Chief Operating Officer of Cohesant Technologies, a manufacturer of materials dispensing equipment; and Chief Financial Officer for Clarion Capital Corporation, a diversified Small Business Investment Company. While at Clarion, Mike was involved in the investment structuring, management of and exit strategy for dozens of Clarion’s portfolio companies. Prior to 1982, he practiced as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte & Touche in its Cincinnati office.
During the course of his 25 year career, Mike has managed investments, raised capital for portfolio companies, and assisted with the sale and disposition of investments. He has led investment syndicates to raise capital for portfolio companies and helped position them for later sale.
Mike maintains his Series 7 - General Securities Representative License* and Series 79 - Limited Representative Investment Banking License* with a non-affiliated FINRA broker-dealer, SFI Capital Group, LLC. He is also a former practicing Certified Public Accountant. Mike is a past Director and past President of the Cleveland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, and served on the Bay Village School Board from 2005 to 2011. Mike graduated from the Ohio State University.
